This housing association is the worst. Their main focus seems to be collecting rent. I've had an ongoing issue with my neighbor for almost four years, and they show no interest in helping. All they suggest is to fill out diary sheets and promise to send a letter, which feels ineffective. They let anyone move in, leaving responsible residents to deal with troublesome neighbors. There has been a lot of antisocial behavior, yet the company does nothing. Families and children shouldn’t have to endure this environment. Avoid at all costs—high rent with no support for issues. I would rate them zero stars if I could.
