I’ve been dealing with a noisy neighbor for nearly four years, and the housing association shows no interest in resolving the issue. They’ve only sent reminder letters. While they did eventually take non-legal action, we're back to square one, forcing my family to endure the noise. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
