Living in a property managed by this housing association with my four children has been distressing. Our home is filled with dangerous mold, and despite numerous reports, they refuse to take action. We have broken heaters, unfinished repairs, and overcrowded conditions. Even with medical issues affecting us, they refuse to relocate us. When I try to improve our living situation, I am met with threats instead of support. This organization consistently neglects tenant welfare.
