They used to be quite effective at resolving issues, but that has changed. It now appears they accept anyone as tenants, resulting in widespread drug use and antisocial behavior. The buildings are poorly constructed, especially regarding soundproofing, which was a significant problem when I first moved in. The company seems indifferent, as they frequently ignore emails and their phone line is unresponsive. Better communication with tenants is crucial. I'm not sure which maintenance contact is correct or who the property manager actually is.
