I ordered the new Magic Pad 4 on release day. Usual mass of offers with it including free keyboard and pencil. When it arrived every thing was fine EXCEPT missing the above. Phoned customer services. They said I had ordered the wrong item, and I should have ordered a Pad that cost £50 more to get the free items. I said if you have to pay £50, they are not free. Offered £30 voucher, which didn't work when attempted to use it. 6 days later, no sign of any progress with Honor. Lovely tablet, misleading false advertising of offers, poor customer services response. If in doubt, order by phone, ask about ALL the deals you think it comes with and take the name of the person you talk to.
