Bought new 400 pro model. After 2 hrs surfing youtube. Speaker sound started bursting. Raised complained the took 10 days from send to repair.
When we received the parcel back from repair it was no repaired. Even its was not checked though. They didnt addressed the issue mainly. They returned it back by doing nothing.
This is their creep service. Till now we paid for phone but we dont have chance to use it. We didnt get what we paid for. This is the reality of big buggy brands.
My experience with HONOR Malaysia:
Sent my MagicPad 3 for inspection due to a bulge. HONOR blamed a minor knock from weeks earlier (no bulge at the time), provided no written technical explanation, and dismissed safety concerns without documentation. Device came back with new marks/holes from servicing, but no repair or compensation was offered. Now escalating via consumer protection channels.
I purchased a Honor 400 Pro and two Honor Majic 8 phones from Three Broadway store.
Absolute rubbish company.
Float offers to lure customers and refuse the promised offer once the device is purchase.
My advice don't buy Honor especially from Three network.
I have been requesting for a return pack to send my trade-in device.
Have to remind Three and it's Ingram team 4 times as I have not received the pack to return device.
Now Ingram / Three is sending me texts and emails that the trade-in offer will expire if device is not returned.
Three Bradford played the trick by sending the wrong device details ( Sony Xperia Arc S ) for one of the trade-in phones as a result Ingram has refused cashback.
A Big scam is what it is.
The Honor phone offers good value with solid specs, a great screen, and reliable battery life. It handles everyday tasks well.
However, the camera is inconsistent, often struggling in low light. More frustrating is the customer service, which is slow and unhelpful, making any issue a chore to resolve.
You get capable hardware, but the overall support and polish are lacking. It's a decent phone with noticeable compromises.
I have always been pleased with the products from this brand; my family owns several, and we have never encountered issues until now, making this situation even more frustrating. My son's watch strap broke after less than three weeks of use. The company doesn’t provide replacement straps, and the few third-party options available are limited, take a long time to arrive, and are of low quality. Customer support denied my request for an exchange. I made it clear that my frustration wasn’t directed personally, but the manner in which I was treated was unprofessional and disheartening. I used to recommend these products to everyone around me, and people thought I was promoting them. This experience has significantly altered my perception of the brand.
I live in Scotland and wanted to buy a laptop. I faced significant challenges with the website and eventually reached out via email. I learned they do not deliver to Scotland, even though the items come from a nearby location. It's surprising that they refuse to ship to Scotland, especially given the reliable delivery services available here.
I bought a phone during the Black Friday sale, and it was an excellent price for a device that exceeded my expectations. Applying the discount code was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt, arriving the next day as promised. The phone itself is a perfect 10/10. It offers better value for the price compared to any flagship model.
I'm a fan of the ecosystem and will always support it, but I would love to see a foldable clamshell smartphone introduced. Something similar to the Galaxy Z Flip or the Oppo Find N2 Flip, but under this brand. I believe many loyal customers would be interested in such a device. I heard a version was made in another region, but it seems unlikely to be available here. Many of us in Europe are eager to have access to this product. Thank you for considering this!
