Not received goods, lied about courier, said it would carried by royal mail when in fact the courier was named as Evri, refund requested, emails apologising don't compensate. Radio silence from Evri, updates very slow, 6 days. I would not recommend this company, my advice would be to avoid. I am still currently in dispute and will seek recompense from my credit card insurance. Update - to be clear for almost a month i have communicated my dissapointment with Hike Adventure, 4 x emails, and stated it would be reasonable to call a halt on the 28th November and for Hike Adventure to refund me. All ive had is apologies and empty words, and a refusal to refund me! Apparently i can return the items i havent received when i receive them for a refund, when that might be i have no idea. Their response to this review? More apologies and to allude that i havent communicated with them!
