I ordered a unisex medium heated jacket in Nov as gift for husband it arrived (from china) and would not fit a child!! After emailing and using the size chart provided i was recommended a 2 xl this eventually arrived (after Christmas had been and gone from china) and was barely any bigger!!! Long story short i received some of my money back but am still waiting for the rest!! Even asked to provide my bank details over 25 days ago so they could pay me direct but still no sign. I email every few days to be told its being chased up!!! Really rubbish chinese cheap products, avoid as getting money back is a nightmare!!!

I have reported this situation to the legitimate brand's trademark holders and will be notifying the relevant authorities. Given all these issues, I strongly recommend steering clear of this site.
