This company is unreliable. They processed my payment on October 3rd, and the product was supposedly dispatched on October 13th, but it has yet to arrive. I've asked for a refund four times, and they finally agreed to a refund minus the delivery charge. It's outrageous, considering I received nothing but hassle. Avoid at all costs!
