According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be satisfactory, as described, and fit for purpose. This item does not match the description. The company is refusing a refund or free return, insisting I return it to the Netherlands! I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. AVOID this company—I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
