My experience with this service has been absolutely terrible. Despite the impression of being a local company, the products are shipped directly from a distant location, resulting in significantly longer shipping times than advertised. The sizing is misleading, coming in at least two sizes smaller than what was claimed. Additionally, there was no indication that a battery pack was not included, leaving me with an unusable item unless I purchase extra parts. When I requested a return due to the discrepancies in sizing, customer service was initially responsive but has since ignored my follow-up emails regarding a refund and returns label. I was informed that returns must be sent back at my own expense, which was also not mentioned on the website. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service to avoid similar issues.
