Don't touch these people with a bargepole!! I ordered a pair of trainers, but within seconds I felt that they were (purposefully?) going to send me size 3.5, instead of the 9.5 I had clearly ordered (I'd come across this scam before - they refuse to take them back, but offer you a small discount if you reorder).Sure enough, though I immediately contacted them to ensure that they were going to send the correct size, two weeks later the package arrived, and I could tell without opening that they were 6 sizes too small. So I returned them to the Uxbridge address given on the package, at my own expense.Are they bothered? NO. The "far too pally" care team say I should have returned them to Macedonia, and that I would not get a refund.Reading other reviews, they're jolly good at the bullsh1t and excuses, but I think this company cannot be trusted an inch.I feel I have been swindled out of £40, plus the £5 I paid to return them. AVOID at all costs.
