Whilst the shoes were of adequate quality for the price, the toe box curved inwards. Delivery time from China was quite long.
However, the promised 'easy returns' was completely misleading. THis is the email I received:

However, the 20% refund was processed quickly
I ordered a coffee mug designed like a stack of books, but it was a huge letdown. It didn't resemble the advertisement at all and felt very cheap. I raised a complaint, but returning it would cost me £16 to get back a full refund on my £19.99 purchase. I ended up accepting a £10 refund instead. This feels like a scam. I advise against ordering from this company.

It's shocking how many people have been misled by this seller! I bought a cat lamp that is terrible quality. After posting reviews, I found that many others across Europe, Australia, and America have had similar issues with sizing, quality, no refunds, and poor customer service. This is clearly a scam.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! This is the most dishonest and unreliable company I have ever dealt with in 40 years! My order took 14 days to arrive instead of the promised 4-7 business days, and I was never informed about the delivery service used. The item ended up costing me significantly more than it should have, and I wish I had heeded the negative reviews before ordering. They stopped responding to me after my second email. This seller only cares about taking your money and the advertised product looks nothing like what you receive.
