Purchased their shoes and before it was even dispatched I noticed it was the wrong size,so I emailed them to stop the order and send the correct size,but the reply came back saying it was to late,also said they would offer discount if I kept it.Doh,it’s the wrong size.They also said if I refused delivery it would be returned to them and I could get a refund.well I was at work when it was delivered so it was left in a safe place.which I didn’t request.The return address on the label was in the UK,Southhall in fact,which I dispatched it at my own expense.Next email I received from them was to send it to Macedonia.So far I have paid for shoes which I haven’t got and sent it back to the wrong address,the correct address not a on the label,and the reply’s I’ve got is pure BS.Do not purchase from this company.And as you can see by the previous reviews,they are not very good.Should have done more research.
