I ordered a pair of trainers on 20 May this year, paying an extra £5 for speedy delivery. The trainers hadn't arrived by the 28th when I went on holiday, I had tried to cancel them but was informed this wasn't possible but I could refuse delivery. In my absence a neighbour accepted the parcel. On my return I examined the trainers, which were flimsy and of extremely poor quality with a very poor tread. I informed Hikecare UK I wanted to return the goods for a refund and was then told they had to be posted back to North Macedonia at my own expense or I could accept a credit to purchase more tat, which I clearly don't want to do. My warning is READ THE SMALL PRINT. Despite its name, clearly designed to mislead, Hikecare UK is based in North Macedonia If you have any problems with their goods, including speedy delivery that isn't, you'll have great difficulty getting your money back
