Tried to cancel the order within half an hour or purchase after realising the shoes would not benefit my high arch. Their website states you can cancel within 24 hours. I was told I coukd not cancel due to quick turn around.Realised from the correspondence that the company is not British. Sub oar customer service. Attempted to get the return address from them. It is indeed in Macedonia. However royal mail doesn't recognise the postage address and it is a different address to what is online for their returns. The shoes are still in original packaging. Feel very light. Do not purchase from this site. Reported the company and informed my bank.
