Company sent wrong size. We asked for returns label and were told we would have to pay for postage to MACEDONIA. In spite of what it says on website they do NOT refund money when mistake is made. They suggested we give the shoes away as a gift. I kid you not. After many emails we were offered half our money back - and we were so fed up that we accepted. But this is a seriously dodgy company.
