EDIT: So after emailing customer service to request my refund (as stated in Hikecares response to original review), I received 2 emails from someone claiming to be from the Netherlands at 10.30 at night on 2 separate days. They then claimed I had provided them with the incorrect order number. After sending an email with a screenshot of the exact order number I originally told them and calling them out on their fraudulent company......surprise, I've not received any further correspondence or refund. BUYERS BEWARE! The website looks legit and the shoes look comfy and in good quality. Sadly when they arrived, they were cheaply made, thin and although ordered my correct size received shoes that were 2 sizes larger. Definitely not worth the money and wish I'd read the reviews before buying. This is what I'd expect from temu and if I'm honest I think temu would have been better quality. Don't waste your time or money on this company. I've given 1 star because I was surprised they actually arrived in 10 days.
