My wife was excited about the site and ordered quite a few shoes for herself, her sister and her mom. total value close to €1.000. She was given confidence by Klarna, as they enable post receipt payment or this shop. It took ages for the shoes to arrive and she got no reply or whatsoever when she reached out for updates. BUT THEN: the shoes were delivered in plastic bags and were of very poor quality and she wanted them to return. HC offered her to either keep the shoes at a 20% discount or return them to Vinica, North-Macedonia... within 14 days!!!. To a company Makprogres, a food company, which has got NOTHING to do with shoes!Interesting as well: on the website it states that the company is established in Hong Kong (ROOM 602 6/F KAI YUE COMMERCIAL, BUILDINGNO.2C ARGYLE, STREETMONGKOKKOWLOON999077. As we realized this is a scam, we accepted the 20%, which they transferred immediately.What we also cannot understand why KLARNA supports this site, KLARNA should realize that their name stands for trustworthiness.We will accept our loss and send the shoes to a friend in South Africa, who will donate them to the poor people in the townships.But PLEASE be aware that HIKE-CARE is a big SCAM.
