I am so very disappointed with HIKE. Placed my order Mar 18th, received late Apr 8th. I ordered for a family member and these are not needed now, after a week and a half they went a different route for shoes. On the 8th,searching for the refund/return policy, clicked on the box and it said page not found, I went to the website filled out the contact me form Twice , still no response. Sat on the Chatbot and no response. sent an email to info@hike-footwear .com, have had no response. Looked at the customer service hours and even called a number in NY that I found when I searched Google. Phone # is not in use. I followed all the steps with Order #, name, address etc ;and STILL HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE. Very dissatisfied and I want a refund for what was purchased since they are not needed now. I do not recommend this Company at all. I will be sharing this info with my family and friends. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I am in hopes that I receive my refund!!!
