I saw these read the replies from people who have them sound like they might help me so I saw where you could buy 3 cheaper so I ordered 3 pair tried them for a week I could see a difference saw they were still on sale so I ordered 3 more pairs. They are really good for my feet.Thank you
I got a pair of shoes that were too big. I wanted to return them for a full refund. Instead I got all these suggestions from this company as to what they will do for me instead-none of what I wanted. Then after going back and forth with your suggestions and my wanting a full refund, your company just stopped communicating with me. Just stopped!

I have been wearing these shoes for over 2 years and have noticed an improvement in the 'idiopathic' neuropathy in my feet. Neurologists just told me to live with it and gave prescriptions. Wearing these shoes and inserts have improved my walking and balance. I no longer walk with a cane except on uneven or slippery ground. I am able to stand on my feet for 1 hour instead of 5 mins. The lighter plastic ones did not wear long, a year only, but the thicker soled and fall boots have better support and last longer. 2 years so far.
These shoes are awesome! So comfortable and feels like you aren’t wearing shoes at all. I bought in ortho insoles for me because I normally wear orthotics anyway! They’ve been great and I’ve found I can walk farther in these shoes because of support, fit and comfort! I own 4 pairs so I guess that proves I really love them!
I ordered these shoes in November 2025 and the front of shoes already ripped thru. I took pictures and sent my order info to customer service twice and never a response.

i was sent the wrong size shoe--i ordered 8 and received size 5.I have called the number to speak with someone about 8 times---no one answers. I don't know how to send them back or where and make sure I get credit. so I spent $78.00 for nothing. Very disappointed. Judy
I love these shoes. Very possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and I've worn shoes for 70 years. When I have these shoes on, my feet don't hurt anywhere at all. I didn't think that was possible. ❤️
A good fabric bag covered each pair of shoes i purchased. After trying on the first pair i wss stunned by the comfort of the wider toe box and kept them on all day. Subsequent wear has reinforced my first impression. THESE SHOES ARE AMAZING

Hike shoe company are incredibly difficult & perverse to deal with. Their size chart does not correspond with EU sizes. The shoes are oversize, flimsy & are uncomfortable. Efforts to return result in a different email daily for weeks offering full refund USD 100 to next day $77 then 30%. Return of shoes optional, then demanded, none of the staff appear to understand written or spoken English. Beware of Hike shoes. Rubbish & robbery. Bad company.
