It took a long time to receive my shoe order. When the shoes arrived, they were not right for my feet issues. I immediately emailed them for a return/ refund on 4/05/26. Received an automated response that they would contact me in 1-2 days. As of 4/10/26, I have received no response. I tried to call the phone number they have listed for customer service, it is not in service. 😡
