I got a pair of shoes that were too big. I wanted to return them for a full refund. Instead I got all these suggestions from this company as to what they will do for me instead-none of what I wanted. Then after going back and forth with your suggestions and my wanting a full refund, your company just stopped communicating with me. Just stopped!
