I bought a pair for my husband and they were too small so I contacted there customer service about an exchange for a bigger size and they told me no problem they just wanted me to take pictures of the shoes to make sure they were in good condition and so we did and sent the pictures to them by email and they said that they looked like they were in good condition and so they told us to mail them back to them at the address that their customer service gave me and send a picture of it with the tracking number and we mailed it to them and we had it done priority mail where they had to give a signature when they got it and so we tracked it and they did receive and it was signed for and I have sent several emails - like ( 8 emails ) a and now can not get any response from them at all - and I'm sorry but this REALLY pisses me off !!!!! - I don't like wasting good money and ending up getting SCREWED !!!! thank you,, Syndee Weese
