We ordered 2 pairs, my friend and I. the shoes were not comfortable from day 1. the sides were too high and were hitting my lateral malleoli. I have been trying to return them for over 3 weeks. NO responses from the company who shipped them, I gave them information 3 times and the last time NO responce at all. DO NOT GET THESE.
As a busy mom of three, my version of 'hiking' involves chasing kids, pushing strollers, and visiting museums. I needed shoes that could keep pace. My previous sneakers were worn out, leaving my feet sore. I got the all-day hikers, and they are just right. They provide enough support for all-day wear without arch pain. They're tough enough for the playground, the park, and juice spills. Plus, they look great. I feel more put together compared to my old running shoes. It's the ultimate 'do-it-all' shoe for a busy parent.
The shoes were too small, and I wanted to exchange them for a larger size. I was informed that I'd need to cover return shipping, which is quite expensive, so I was advised to donate them instead. Then I was offered 50% off a new pair. That's outrageous. They expect me to lose the original purchase price and still pay for a new pair. That means I'd be spending 150% for a pair of shoes, and if those don't fit, I'd be left with negative 150% and no shoes. That's terrible customer service. Given that the competition is much easier to deal with, why would I want to engage with this company? I should have stuck with the other option. I'll donate the shoes and take this as a lesson learned. I won't be back and will advise others against it as well.
