My strong recommendation is to steer clear of this seller! The lamp we purchased was significantly different in size and quality from what was advertised, prompting us to request a refund. They insisted that we would have to return it at our own expense to a distant location! Although it was shipped from another country, we were told we couldn't return it there. They disregarded my request for a refund at their expense due to their misleading advertising. They did offer a 100% discount code for a future purchase, which was a small consolation. However, when I mentioned I wanted to buy shoes, they informed me that they always send a size larger than what customers order to prevent returns for small sizes. It’s hard to believe such nonsense. Just avoid them. The appealing advertising images are misleading, and dealing with them is frustrating. The company did respond to my review, merely repeating their previous statements. They mentioned that customers should read their terms and conditions, not realizing they were overlooking my fundamental consumer rights regarding false advertising and subpar quality - one part of the lamp was unpainted. No terms and conditions can supersede these rights! Stay away from businesses that fail to recognize their legal responsibilities to their customers.
