I received my first two winter hats during the lunchtime post, and within moments, I was ordering another two in different colors. I often struggle with hats being too tight or too loose, but these from the company fit my head perfectly, protect my ears, and have a brim that’s great for driving in low sunlight. Excellent quality!
My strong recommendation is to steer clear of this seller! The lamp we purchased was significantly different in size and quality from what was advertised, prompting us to request a refund. They insisted that we would have to return it at our own expense to a distant location! Although it was shipped from another country, we were told we couldn't return it there. They disregarded my request for a refund at their expense due to their misleading advertising. They did offer a 100% discount code for a future purchase, which was a small consolation. However, when I mentioned I wanted to buy shoes, they informed me that they always send a size larger than what customers order to prevent returns for small sizes. It’s hard to believe such nonsense. Just avoid them. The appealing advertising images are misleading, and dealing with them is frustrating. The company did respond to my review, merely repeating their previous statements. They mentioned that customers should read their terms and conditions, not realizing they were overlooking my fundamental consumer rights regarding false advertising and subpar quality - one part of the lamp was unpainted. No terms and conditions can supersede these rights! Stay away from businesses that fail to recognize their legal responsibilities to their customers.
I experienced a significant lack of communication. I paid extra to expedite my order placed on the 20th, but it still hasn't arrived. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and I'm extremely disappointed. I won't be ordering from this service again.
I was well updated throughout the shipping process. I initially got a pair for myself as a fun idea with the kids, and then I decided to order two more for them so we can all relax together. I'm 82, while they are 14 and 19—no more generation gap with our cozy feet!
These are outstanding products. I ordered slippers, and although the wrong size was initially sent, the correct size was dispatched to me immediately. They are incredibly comfortable and the most convenient slippers I’ve ever worn. I have already ordered a second pair.

Regrettably, no stars can be given. This service is a scam. What is advertised is NOT what is delivered. They claim to be a local company, BUT THEY ARE NOT. When you receive the poor-quality items, returning them for a refund means shipping to a distant location at your expense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I purchased my first pair of shoes to test at work. I work long shifts, mostly on my feet, and by the end of the day, my ankles would feel incredibly heavy! After trying these shoes, I was thrilled with the relief at the end of my shifts, so I bought another pair for walking my dog. Highly recommend! 😉
