My first order of bras was perfect. Fast forward two months, I ordered more and provided my sizes, only to receive an absolute joke that wouldn’t even fit. After contacting them, they claimed they couldn’t issue a refund because the bras might have been worn. I’m a 42FF, and they sent 36D. Due to the incorrect sizing, these bras were still in their original packaging, yet they refused to help. I won’t waste my money here again. I recommend going to a reputable lingerie shop instead. Absolutely disgusted.
