Buying bras is one of the tasks that I despise most. Sizing is never the same, you find a style you love and then it is discontinued, and the cost is ridiculous! I have never purchased a bra online and figured I'd give it a try. I love the fit, the style, and how it does not chafe on the underside of my breasts. So much so that I now have purchased 4 to replace the terrible styles in my dresser drawer.
The bras are really good and comfortable. Their minimiser bras actually feels like wearing nothing. However, they should work on their sizes. Some actually fit well but some doesn’t fit nice.
Feels like a scam. Took forever and once received it was the wrong size. Emailed customer service they're response was... "It’s actually totally normal for the size on the packaging to show a different number — the bra will fit just like the size you selected." What?
I ordered two bras that took an eternity to arrive. Both were the wrong sizes compared to what I selected. I reached out to the support team four times for updates and received responses three times, yet it's been over six months with no refund or replacement. This has been a total waste of money and time! I strongly advise against purchasing from this platform!
The support experience was unacceptable... I ordered four bras in different styles but the same size. Two of them are completely unwearable, being tiny and not effective as minimizers. This service is a complete disappointment. I spent $134.00, and after 25 days, I still haven't received my bras or a refund. I no longer want this item, this service, or their products. It's unacceptable to pay for something and wait over 25 days with nothing to show for it, yet they still have my money. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service!

The bras shipped directly from Asia, and upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed with the subpar quality of materials and the completely wrong sizing. When I attempted to return them, I was informed that returns are only accepted for defects, or I could pay to ship them back to Asia for a refund. I strongly advise against this service.

I used the provided size chart to determine my order size of 36DDD. The cup size fit well, but I’m using the tightest band hook. If this band stretches after washing, I won’t be able to wear these at all. However, the construction offers a great minimizing effect.
