I warn anyone against ordering from this company THEY ARE A COMPLETE CON ORGANISATION I ordered a bra then noticed the very poor reviews on Trustpilot & asked to cancel my order within 10 minutes of placing it I received an email stating that it couldn't be cancelled as it had already been processed & that they would 'try to manually cancel' which 'if successful' would result in a refund with 20% of the cost deducted for processing fees I've tried emailing back to ask for a full refund under my online purchasing rights but have had no responses at all and haven't received the bra I ordered or any refund This company are stealing your money I don't believe they have any intention of complying with the law & hope that people will give up & go away I would have rated them with zero stars if this was possible Buyer beware!!!
