Ordered two bras size 34H. Waited over a month to receive them and only received a shipping confirmation after I began sending emails to “customer service” two weeks after I initially placed my order. I FINALLY received the bras after over a month only to open the package to find two VERY small bras with no size information and no branding whatsoever. The material is cheap plastic crap and the pattern looks nothing at all like the photos. When I reach out to tell them that they sent the wrong size, they basically tell me I can’t prove it, so tough luck. They said I can’t ship them back to them (at my own expense mind you) and they will consider if they are in the wrong. If they decide they are, I can have a replacement sent out… but maybe not… who knows… it’s up to them and I’ll be out more $$$ and they will have some piece of crap back that they can then send to someone else. As someone else mentioned in their review, they don’t allow returns on “intimate apparel” like bras and panties. They are a bra and panty retailer for goodness’ sakes. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. The models are probably AI. The products that they advertise do not exist and they will take your money and tell you it’s your problem when they send you a training bra instead of a size 34H. I’m so sorry I didn’t do my homework and find reviews before purchasing (yes, FIND reviews because they have no place to leave reviews or view reviews directly on their website). Lesson learned. I hope this review does help someone avoid being scammed like I was.
