I ordered 2 bras from an IG ad, delivery took quite a long time, the bras arrived and were much too small despite ordering my usual bra size, I let the customer service team know and so far they have only agreed to an exchange, not a full refund which is my preference. I run an online business myself, I appreciate how challenging the retail landscape is, but I wouldn’t dream of treating my customers like this. On the website it says refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, don’t be fooled by this inaccurate info.
