I ordered two identical bras (one black one white) for the price of one and followed the sizing guidelines carefully. However, when I tried on one of the bras it was no where near the right size. I tried to return the two bras but was told it was not possible as they are intimate items - even though I had only tried on one. They did offer a 20% refund but only if I shipped it back at my own expense. It was at this point that I found that this meant shipping to the far east. The cost of this meant that it would have cost me more than I would have received as a refund. I asked to make a formal complaint - mostly about the terrible sizing guidelines - but I heard nothing further from them. I wasted my money. Do not use this company.
