I ordered a Minimizer Sports Bra in size 38DD from Hilaine, LLC and received a completely different size — “Large” — which does not fit.I contacted their customer service multiple times, provided clear photographic evidence, and requested either a refund or the correct item. Despite this, they stopped responding and failed to resolve the issue.Their handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to receive goods as described — Hilaine did not meet this standard.I’ve now initiated a chargeback and reported the matter to Trading Standards.I would caution others to be wary of ordering from this company
