seems to be a cheap dropshipping operation—I fell for the instagram ads, won't be doing that again!my package never arrived but was labeled as delivered. when I contacted customer service to ask for a refund they just kept telling me to wait for the package to turn up. offered to send me a replacement but dodged refund questions again and again. no product, no refund = my money was stolen. No idea the quality of the product, as it never arrived, lol.
