Very poor and don’t recommend at all. I ordered two bras on a buy one get one free offer, they arrived fraying and very poor quality. I almost measured and double checked the sizing but they didn’t fit at all.I contacted them in regards to the return/refund process to be told they don’t accept returns on items purchased on an offer, and don’t do refunds whilst directing me to their T&Cs. They should’ve been made more obvious on their site.I sent photos of the two poor quality bras and they said they would replace for free, which I declined as I’m disappointed by their service and quality. They then responded yesterday saying they would provide me with a refund, which I got today but only for half my order so I’m awaiting more information as to why that is. Don’t recommend at all!
