DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI normally check out reviews for online orders, but unfortunately didn’t for this company. Had I done so I would have run a mile! I ordered 2 bras which after a month have not arrived and I was refused a refund as they can only refund ‘if goods are returned’, which is obviously impossible as I’ve not received them. Even though this company is based in China this policy is illegal and contrary to UK consumer law. If goods don’t arrive after 30 days I believe they are obliged to refund you. I have instigated a chargeback request via my bank and would suggest anyone else with a similar issue does the same. I will also consider reporting to trading standards as their T&Cs are not UK compliant.
