Ordered bras. Never arrived. Shipping never updated. E-mailed and was told we'll start a new order for you as yours is lost in transit. Weeks later still no shipping info despite asking numerous times. Kept being told "closely monitoring your order". Contacted my bank to get my money back as they said they don't do refunds.
