I took a chance and ordered 2 black bras at the beginning of April. After 10 days or so I received a notification that delivery had “failed”. I contacted customer service and was reassured that they would investigate and rectify the problem. By the beginning of May I still hadn’t received them so requested a refund, however I was told that I because the replacements may still arrive, I could not have a refund. To say I was angry was an understatement, especially after reading other similar reviews, but chalked it up being a scam, lesson learned and moved on. Imagine my shock when they arrived last Saturday, about 6 weeks after my initial order! What I will say is that emails from customer service have been polite and have prompt. Now to the bras. They are, without exception THE most comfortable minimiser bras I have owned. Quite pretty too. What I like best is the straps are delicate but extremely comfortable and supportive and the band isn’t 3 feet wide but doesn’t ride up and the cups give good coverage but aren’t frumpy. This, as you can imagine, placed me in a dilemma as I REALLY wanted to be unimpressed, but the reverse is true! To this end, I let customer service know that a) the bras had arrived and b) what my concerns about reordering,and received a prompt and understanding reply. I have now reordered the bras in white and sincerely hope that the logistic issues have been resolved now. I can only say that from my own experience, the bras are amazing and hope they get the delivery aspects ironed out as it’s so wonderful for we big boobied ladies deserve to a have pretty, supportive, minimiser bra.
