Disappointing shopping experience

I visited the showroom for shopping, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The sales staff were shockingly rude, and their unprofessional attitude made it impossible to continue shopping. Instead of assisting customers politely, they communicated in a harsh manner, ruining the experience. Due to this unpleasant interaction, we left the store and purchased our items elsewhere. A reputable brand should replace staff who lack basic courtesy.
