I ordered two jumpers but had to send them back, and I was only refunded for one. I attempted to reach out through chat, phone, and email but received no replies. I even got an email asking for feedback after my own. I'm now escalating the issue with my credit card company. I won't be purchasing from this seller again.
I bought leather shoes for the winter for €180, but the quality is something I could have found for €50 (cracking after less than a day of wear). Customer service initially offered a 20% discount, then ignored my emails and claimed they were closing the case due to my lack of response.
