I ordered two jumpers but had to send them back, and I was only refunded for one. I attempted to reach out through chat, phone, and email but received no replies. I even got an email asking for feedback after my own. I'm now escalating the issue with my credit card company. I won't be purchasing from this seller again.

Disappointing quality for the price

Terrible quality jeans

The quality of premium denim has significantly declined over the last decade. My once-favorite jeans are now a shadow of their former selves. I purchased two pairs 15 months ago, and both have completely failed: frayed knees, holes, and a massive tear. The price of over £100 per pair is outrageous when they have the lifespan of cheap fast fashion. Meanwhile, my six-year-old jeans from another brand are still in great condition. Spending over £100 for 15 months of wear is unacceptable.

Disappointed with quality and price

I am let down by the quality-to-price ratio of their jackets. The jacket I received looked different from what was shown online. However, I do appreciate the quick refund process; they deposited the money back the day after receiving the jacket. Excellent logistics, but the quality does not match the price. I honestly expected that the $250 jacket would be worth $40 if it were from a smaller brand.

Disappointing shopping experience

I visited the showroom for shopping, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The sales staff were shockingly rude, and their unprofessional attitude made it impossible to continue shopping. Instead of assisting customers politely, they communicated in a harsh manner, ruining the experience. Due to this unpleasant interaction, we left the store and purchased our items elsewhere. A reputable brand should replace staff who lack basic courtesy.
