I ordered two of the cups intended as gifts, one for my daughter who loves books. The image displayed a large, shiny glass cup, and I paid about $40 each. Instead, I received a small plastic cup of around 8 oz, which I wouldn't pay more than $6-10 for if I saw it in a store. It feels like cheap products are being sold at inflated prices, leading to a sense of being misled about quality! I'm really let down. On a positive note, the shipping time was reasonable.
