Ordered the 250th anniversary Whiskey bottles because they looked so unique even had a liberty bell stopper (at least the photos did). What I recieved was nothing more than dollar store rubbish. The items were atleast half the size advertised judging again by the human hands in the photos. This site is a total bait and switch scam. Instead of 1 star would rather it be a -5. AVOID THIS SITE!!!!
I ordered glass mugs as gifts but received low-quality plastic mugs instead. I promptly returned the items and requested a full refund, but I haven't received any response. The mugs I got were nowhere near what was advertised. I only gave one star because it was the lowest option available.
I purchased four coffee mugs designed for book lovers because they appeared beautiful online (resembling stained glass), but upon receiving them, I immediately sensed an issue due to the unusually light box. Unfortunately, they turned out to be cheap plastic mugs that didn't match the advertisement at all. I ended up having to find a different gift for Christmas.
If I could rate it lower, I would. I responded to an ad that promised handmade animal ornaments in acorns, crafted by an artisan in the US. I paid $60 for three items, but all I received was a flat image of an animal in an acorn, made of plastic. This feels like a complete scam. The seller operates under a misleading name and has no local customer support or contact number. They are based in another country, and while returns are possible, the shipping costs are excessively high.
The item does not resemble what was advertised. It arrived as a flimsy battery case made of cheap plastic, despite the listing stating it would have a USB-C charge port. The body is hard plastic covered with glued-on fake fur, and the head has a caved-in back. The ears are glued down, and the mouth is just a hollow hole with a piece of pink felt as a tongue. I reached out to the support team and was offered a mere $8.00 refund, while my total purchase was over $85.00 for four items. They also arrived in plastic burlap-like bags. I truly hope consumer protection organizations will take action against these scammers. As a retired individual on a fixed income, I cannot afford to waste money like this. These were meant to be Christmas gifts for my grandchildren.
I ordered two of the cups intended as gifts, one for my daughter who loves books. The image displayed a large, shiny glass cup, and I paid about $40 each. Instead, I received a small plastic cup of around 8 oz, which I wouldn't pay more than $6-10 for if I saw it in a store. It feels like cheap products are being sold at inflated prices, leading to a sense of being misled about quality! I'm really let down. On a positive note, the shipping time was reasonable.
I would rate this service with zero stars if I could! It's a total scam! I ordered hats, but what I received was nothing like what was advertised. They sent poor-quality imitations that were completely different from the original items. Returning them costs an outrageous amount for shipping. They even offer a paltry $8.00 to keep the subpar products! This company should not be allowed to operate in the USA. Please share this warning! Don't waste your money or time on this service.
I would give no star if it would let me.Got 5 acorn christmas ornaments and paid over $75 for them. They were delivered and I paid for a piece of plastic with a picture glued to it and a piece of string. Theybwere going to be gift. Nope I would be embarrassed to give them as a gift.BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Save your money. Refund is impossible!!!!
DO NOT BUY.I never write reviews but I am so irritated by this misrepresentation that I have made an exception.I bought a Floplay Zoomer Pup which was supposed to be an innovative AI toy. The product arrived in a small sack with no paper work and was exactly 6 1/2 inches in length. A small dog it certainly is!! When fitted with 2 AA batteries it moves forward and backwards on the same spot, the end result being that it hardly makes any progress at all. I bought this because it sounded like an interesting and enjoyable toy. It is in fact an absolute rip off. Please do not buy it for a child's present because they are likely to be bitterly disappointed. The advertising seemed so exciting. I shall attempt to get my money back but having read the other reviews I am not very hopeful. The other factor was that it took a very long time for delivery and when EVRI did eventually deliver it they claimed that they had delivered it to my house and had in fact delivered to the wrong address completely. I should have known better.
