They rely on a notoriously bad carrier, and now my $42 package is being held for a $23 import duty—55%! Plus, a $28 shipping fee... That's $50 in fees for a $40 item! I might as well source my nicotine from New Zealand or the UK. I will definitely not return! There are better ways to manage shipping and tariff issues, and it's frustrating that only this carrier is offered. I'm fine waiting a few weeks to save money. Recently, I received a $513 order from another supplier in under two weeks, and the fees were much lower, included in the price, not an additional ransom. I recommend exploring other options; it could save a lot of frustrated customers. This product better be worth it!
