I ordered 3 blinds at the end of November 2025 beginning of December, they were installed just before Christmas and 3 days after the installation the largest blinds strings detached, the technician came and told me I'll need a new blind, which was ordered. The new one arrived in February '26 . The same problem occured again... The strings of the new blind detached from the plastic holder, also from the other 2 blinds. I was told that this is due to a child safety issue, the plastic holder releases the strings each time you pull them. Well the design is faulty as one cannot open and shut the blinds. I spent £600 on blinds that you can't open without having to replacing the strings after each operation. Shame!
