This is the third time I have had blinds from this company and once again they did not disappoint. From measuring to fitting everything went very smoothly. The agent Stuart Morrison (116153) was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Have no hesitation in recommending this company for service and quality.
Absolutely fantastic service from Sergio (117033) at Hillary's Blinds when he came to quote for new roller blinds in my tenant's property.
From arranging the quote online to the helpful estimated time of arrival and the superb choice and value I was really impressed.
Also Sergio was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

We booked an appointment for a price for Shutters, we had George - Keswick SP 116933 at our appointment, he put no pressure on us at all, just explained everything in great detail and patiently waited for us to make a decision, no hard sales, clearly an experienced salesman for the business and sold it to us based on a friendly approach and detailed answers. Not had them fitted yet but won't hesitate to contact George again when and if we need more.

I’ve been sold and fitted by ***Andy Hirst -Globe 113926*** blinds via Hillary’s for what seems like 10 years. I think we’ve had around 25 Venetian and Roman blinds from him. (Various configurations due to changes to our home). The price point is acceptable but well supported with a friendly approach, polite manner, good time keeping and no hard sell. The options are varied with good quality material and mechanism. More than happy to recommend Andy as an individual and I just contact him directly and thus unable to comment on any other aspect of Hillary’s as I have a one to one relationship with the local representative.
We contacted Hilary’s to request a quote for shutters. Ali Fox - 117577 met us at our home and provided us with a full overview of the products available. She was thorough, extremely respectful, knowledgeable and on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali to any perspective purchaser in the future. Hilary’s should be proud knowing that someone like Ali is promoting their products. She is an asset to your company!
Graham (118200) did an excellent job fitting our curtains and blind. Throughout the process of first contact, arranging an appointment via Hillary’s website to choosing what was required and what would be fit, through to the actual fitting, Graham was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. We were particularly impressed by the speed! From appointment to fitting in under 2 weeks!

Adam (116836) from Hillary's was brilliant, gave us sound advice and fitted the blinds within 3 weeks of ordering. Fitting took no time at all and was very professional and friendly.
If you need blinds in the Thame area, Adam is the man.
I ordered 3 blinds at the end of November 2025 beginning of December, they were installed just before Christmas and 3 days after the installation the largest blinds strings detached, the technician came and told me I'll need a new blind, which was ordered. The new one arrived in February '26 . The same problem occured again... The strings of the new blind detached from the plastic holder, also from the other 2 blinds. I was told that this is due to a child safety issue, the plastic holder releases the strings each time you pull them. Well the design is faulty as one cannot open and shut the blinds. I spent £600 on blinds that you can't open without having to replacing the strings after each operation. Shame!
Mark was excellent , took his time and finished everything emaculate. He is an expert and a perfectionist .
