Our experience with this contractor was among the worst we've encountered. Bin collections were frequently missed over a long period, despite our adherence to all service requirements. Communication was lacking, accountability was absent, and issues were never adequately resolved. To exacerbate the situation, one of the drivers displayed rude and aggressive behavior on-site, which is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. This should serve as a significant warning to any business considering this service. Instead of addressing their ongoing failures, the company abruptly ended our service, citing vague 'operational issues.' This felt more like an excuse than a genuine reason, especially given the previous problems. Overall, the service was terrible, chaotic, and unprofessional. We will inform other local businesses of our experience and strongly recommend seeking alternatives.
