This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences we have encountered with a contractor. Bin collections were frequently missed for a prolonged period, even though we adhered to all service requirements. Communication was lacking, accountability was absent, and issues were never effectively resolved. To make matters worse, one of the drivers displayed rude and aggressive behavior on site — an attitude that is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. This should raise serious concerns for any business thinking about engaging with this service. Rather than addressing their ongoing failures, the company abruptly ended the service, citing vague “operational issues.” This felt more like an excuse than a genuine reason, especially considering the prior issues. Overall, the service was terrible, disorganized, and exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. We will inform other local businesses about our experience and strongly recommend that anyone considering this service look for alternatives.
