As a person who suffers serious mental health issues including OCD I thought the Hilo would be ideal. However I found out the 14 day return period is only if you return the Hilo unused. I had hoped this would really help my anxiety, but with the risk of not being happy with it then not being able to return left me with no choice than to return the Hilo
