The Hilo Band was working fine for 4 months, then suddenly stopped syncing with my Oppo Find X8 Pro. I followed the instructions to unpair and pair it again, but nothing worked. For the past 3 days, I have been uninstalling/reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, clearing the cache, etc. I contacted support, but it appears they are using bots with nonsensical responses to reply to customer problems! I am completely dissatisfied.
